Tucker Magid is Principal at Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group and focuses primarily on development and construction.

Prior to joining the Company in 1998, Mr. Magid was Senior Vice President of Industrial Development for Prime Group Realty Trust in Chicago where he was responsible for developing the company's industrial properties. While with the that company, he developed large industrial and office properties as well as a 147-acre industrial park.

From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Magid was Vice President of Industrial Building and Development Company in Northbrook, IL. His responsibilities included the management and operations of the approximately 1.2 million square foot industrial portfolio. He also developed the 95-acre Libertyville Business Park, a 217,600-square-foot building for Motorola and many other projects. During his management, the company successfully completed development of more than 550,000 square feet of industrial buildings from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Magid is a licensed broker in Nebraska and Illinois. His professional involvement has included the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers, the Urban Land Institute and the Advisory Board of Midwest Real Estate News.

Mr. Magid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (magna cum laude) and a minor in Business Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans.
