Trenton Magid is President and Founder of Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group. In addition to the overall strategic leadership of the Company, Mr. Magid personally oversees the Brokerage Department.
Prior to starting Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group, Mr. Magid was Associate Broker at another Omaha real estate firm from 1993 to 1997, where he was in the President's Club for Outstanding Sales Achievement.
In addition to his extensive experience in real estate brokerage, Mr. Magid has been involved in many real estate developments. Among his projects are Southwestern Plaza, a 55-acre, mixed-use development; Gateway I-80 Business Park, a 53-acre development containing office and flex buildings; and The Thomsen Mile, a 139-acre, mixed-use development.
Mr. Magid holds several professional designations and memberships including the boards of three Sanitary Improvement Districts, BOMA Leasing Guide Committee, Commercial Investment Council Vice Chairman, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Planning Committee, Omaha Commercial Real Estate Workshop Steering Committee and Leadership Omaha Graduate.
Mr. Magid's community involvement includes Jewish Federation of Omaha Board of Directors, Founding Co-Chairman of Young Jewish Omaha, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, March of Dimes, Arthritis Foundation and Muscular Dystrophy Association.
A graduate of Tulane University, Mr. Magid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business. He was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma in recognition of his high scholastic achievement.
