John Luce serves as Vice President at Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group. As a licensed real estate agent, he provides brokerage services for all types of commercial properties. He joined the company in August 2003.

Mr. Luce was formerly chief executive officer of John Luce Company, an Omaha-based general contractor, which he founded in 1992. During his time with that company, he gained valuable experience in commercial, design-build construction.
