Jennifer Goaley serves as the Office Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group. She provides daily supervision of the administrative staff and manages the company’s brokerage procedures. As a licensed real estate salesperson, Mrs. Goaley works directly with the real estate agents in processing leasing contracts and purchase agreements. She also plays a key role in the company's cutting-edge marketing techniques used to sell and lease properties as quickly as possible.

Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group in 2000, Mrs. Goaley spent eight years as a first grade teacher in the Omaha Public Schools System. She then worked at an Omaha-based residential real estate company in the mortgage department for almost three years.

An Omaha native, Mrs. Goaley received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Elementary Education in 1990 (Magna Cum Laude).
