Jeff Beals serves as Vice President of Operations for Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group. He is responsible for marketing and human resources.

Before joining the Company, Mr. Beals served as Dean of Student Affairs and Director of Enrollment Management at Clarkson College in Omaha. In 1993-94, he was Assistant Director of Admissions at a private college in Santa Fe, New Mexico. An adjunct faculty member, he has taught ten semesters of American Government at Clarkson College and five semesters of Real Estate Brokerage at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Mr. Beals' community involvement has included Opportunities|Jobs|Careers Board of Directors, Millard Public Schools Communications Advisory Committee, Midwest Real Estate News Editorial Board, Boy Scouts Learning for Life program, Commercial Real Estate Workshop Planning Committee; Build It Omaha; Young Professionals Council of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of St. Paul's Church of Millard Board of Directors; the Executive Board of the University of Nebraska at Omaha Library Friends; and the Greater Omaha Convention & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors.

Mr. Beals is author of the forthcoming book, "Self Marketing Insights: Branding Yourself as a Business of One" to be released by Keynote Publishing in the fall of 2007. As a freelance writer, he has had approximately 200 articles published in national and local publications and is a regular columnist for The City Weekly.

Mr. Beals holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Journalism degree in News-Editorial, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Mr. Beals is also co-host of Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group's weekly radio show, "Grow Omaha." The show airs every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. on KFAB 1110 AM.
