David Gibbs is a Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group and provides direct management services for several properties in our growing portfolio.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gibbs worked as a Sales Representative/Special Events Director for Omaha Steaks. He managed inventories for the multiple Omaha Steaks retail locations in the Omaha area and coordinated special events for the company including promotions at the College World Series, Street of Dreams and Offutt Air Show.

Mr. Gibbs is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
