Robert Pollard, RPA, is a Vice President for Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group and provides a full-range of brokerage services for all commercial and investment property types.

With over 30 years of real estate experience, Mr. Pollard is a tremendous resource for his clients. His previous experience includes Consultant, Senior Property Manager, Associate Broker, Property Manager/Associate Broker, Corporate Real Estate Manager, Vice President and General Manager, and Investment Property Manager at various Omaha-based companies.

Mr. Pollard is a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the United States Navy from 1967 to 1972. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
