Beverly Ellis, a longstanding CPM® member, is Director of Property Management for Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group, where she provides executive leadership for a growing property management department that handles 2 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate.

Ms. Ellis has built an extensive resume in the Omaha real estate market. She has served as Director of Property Management, Vice President of Affordable Housing, Property Manager, Residential Site Manager, and Real Estate Sales Associate for several Omaha real estate firms.

Ms. Ellis has played several roles in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), including Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Board Member, President of the Nebraska Chapter, Accredited Residential Manager, and charity function chairperson.

Ms. Ellis received an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from Indiana Vocational Technical College and has completed multiple real estate courses and professional seminars. She was instrumental in positioning Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group as an Accreditied Management Organization (AMO®).
